摘要
目的:观察曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病(ICM)心功能的影响。方法:选取本院ICM住院患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪口服,治疗6个月后观察比较两组心脏彩超、6min步行试验(6MWT)的结果。结果:治疗后两组的LV ESV、LVEDV都较治疗前明显降低(*P<0.05),LVEF较治疗前明显升高(*P<0.05,**P<0.01),6MWD较治疗前均明显延长(P<0.05),但观察组的LVEF较对照组升高更明显(**P<0.01),6MWD的延长也更显著(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗上加用曲美他嗪口服可以显著改善ICM患者的心功能,提高心肌收缩力,改善预后。
Objective： To observe the effects of trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy（ICM）o Methods： 80 cases of hospitalized patients with isehemie muscle disease were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group received routine treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy plus trimetazidine QuMei oral treatment, the results of two groups of patients with cardiac color Doppler uhrasound and 6rain walking test were observed after June. Results： The two groups after treatment, LV ESV, LV EDV were significantly lower than that before treatment （＊P〈0.05）, LVEF was significantly higher than that before treatment （＊P〈0.05, ＊＊P〈0.01 ）, 6MWD before treatment were significantly prolonged （P〈0.05）, but the LVEF of the observation group increased more significantly than the control group （＊＊P〈0.01）, the extension of 6MWD is more signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the conventional treatment combined with trimetazidine can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with ICM, improve the myocardial contractility, improve the prognosis of patients.
