摘要
目的探讨比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法对CHF患者56例,随机分为对照组(28例)给予洋地黄制剂、利尿剂、血管扩张剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)等常规;治疗组(28例)在常规治疗基础上加用比索洛尔和曲美他嗪。结果治疗组心功能改善的显效率64.29%和有效率92.86%均较对照组的39.29%和75%显著提高(P<0.01)。治疗前后比较,治疗组心率、血压、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期容积,左室收缩末期容积均有显著改善(P<0.05～0.01),治疗后两组比较差异有显著(P<0.05～0.01)。结论应用比索洛尔和曲美他嗪辅助治疗慢性CHF是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Bisoprolol and Trimetazidine on patients with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods Fifty - six patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The former was given routine treatment of digitalis, diuretic, va.sodilator and ACEI, et al. The latter was given Bisoprolol and Trimetazidine besides routine treatment. Results After treatment, There were significant differences in the improvement of cardiac function, heart rate , blood pressure , left ventricular ejection fraction , left ventricular end- diastolic volumes , left ventricular end - systolic volumes between the two groups. Conclusions Bisoprolol and Trimetazidine are effective on patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
