摘要
目的总结分析PBL结合以案例为中心双轨式教学方法在临床护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法以我院临床护理实习的120名实习生为研究对象,自由划分为观察组(60名)和对照组(60名),对照组带教中使用常规方法,观察组在带教中使用PBL结合以案例为中心双轨式教学方法,回顾分析不同组实习生的带教效果。结果在实习生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩等指标方面,观察组和对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理实习生带教中采用PBL结合以案例为中心双轨式教学方法,能够有效提高实习生的学习效果。
Objective To summarize analysis PBL dual-track type for the center with case teaching method in the application of clinical nursing internship teaching effect. Methods Our hospital clinical nursing practice of 120 interns as the research object, which were divided into observation group (60) and control group (60) and control group used conventional method in teaching, observation group using PBL in teaching combined with case centered dual-track type teaching method, teaching effect of different groups of interns were reviewed. Results The theoretical achievements in the intern, practical results, such as observation group and the control group were compared, there was statistical significance difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion In clinical nursing internship teaching using PBL with dual-track type for the center with case teaching method, can effectively improve the learning effect of interns.
