摘要
在高等教育日益国际化与职业化的今天,大学公共英语作为一门具有人文特性浓厚的工具学科,应该适应教育发展的大潮,以社会发展需求为导向,为各行业培养出具有行业英语素质、能够灵活运用本领域英语的专门人才。本文以此为研究背景,首先对我国大学外语考评模式的研究情况进行综述,进而探讨了大学英语考评模式的改革策略,以形成性评价和终结性评价为两种模式,从评价内容、评价方法、评价原则等多方面进行详细探讨,达到以评促教,通过考评模式改革推动大学英语教育的整体进步。
Nowadays , higher education is becoming more and more international and professional. The course of English, which is known as a humanistic and tool discipline in college, might as well adjust to the general trends, aim at meeting the needs of social development, and train the students in language skills to make sure they can be qualified for their future jobs in foreign language use and interpersonal communication. To achieve this, we should do some reformations in our English education. This thesis first gives a brief review literature ,and then explores the college English evaluation patterns concerning what to evalu- ate, how to evaluate and by what standards to evaluate. And at last advice is given for improvements. The purpose is to pro- mote the further development of English education through scientific and fair evaluation in teaching.
