红提葡萄中乙烯利残留动态及对品质的影响 被引量:3

Dynamic Change of Ethephon Residue in the Red Grapes and Effects on Fruit Qualities

摘要 以延庆县红提葡萄为试材,于谢花后1周进行不同浓度乙烯利处理,研究乙烯利在葡萄果实生长过程中残留量的动态变化及对生长及采后贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:葡萄发育30 d后,400,800和1 600 mg/L乙烯利残留量均低于国标限量(1 mg/kg),葡萄采收时不存在乙烯利摄入过量风险;果实生长过程中,乙烯利可促进可溶性固形物含量的积累,加快果实成熟,但对单果重影响无差异;采后贮藏中,乙烯利处理降低了果实硬度,激发POD活性,对贮藏品质不利。故适用于葡萄果实的乙烯利处理浓度及时间还有待进一步研究。 With red grape of Yanqing country employed as the materials in the experiment, the grape was treated with different ethephon concentrations after the blossom fell one week, the ethephon residue during growth and the effect of ethephon on the quality of grape in the process of growth and storage were studied. The results showed that residues of 400, 800 and 1 600 mg/L ethephon treatment were all below the national permitted level(1 mg/kg) after 30 d of growth and there was no ethephon intake risk. Ethephon treatments promoted the accumulation of soluble solids content and fasten the fruit mature during growth, but they were no difference in fruit weight. In the process of postharvest storage, ethephon treatments reduced fruit firmness and stimulated the POD activity, decreased the storage quality. So the actual appropriate concentration and time needs further study.
