静态顶空-气相色谱法测定豆芽中乙烯利的农药残留 被引量:14

Determination of Ethephon Residues in Bean Sprout Samples by Static Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要 [方法]建立静态顶空-气相色谱检测豆芽中乙烯利残留的分析方法。在样品中添加适量的10 mol/L氢氧化钾溶液,并在80℃条件下恒温加热,将全自动顶空进样器与气相色谱仪联用测定产生的乙烯含量。[结果]方法的最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率为86.72%~94.12%,相对标准偏差为2.89%~3.87%。[结论]该方法操作过程简单、快速,灵敏度高、回收率好,适用于测定豆芽中乙烯利的农药残留。 [Methods] A static headspace gas chromatography was developed to determinate ethephon residue in bean sprout samples.The sample was added the right amount of 10 mol/l potassium hydroxide and heated at 80 °c.Then,the content of produced ethylene was detected by static headspace gas chromatography.[Results] The detection lower limit of ethephon was 0.01 mg/kg.The average recovery rate ranged from 86.72 to 94.12% and the relative standard deviation was 2.89-3.87%.[Conclusions] The method was easily and quickly performed with high sensitivity and satisfactory recovery rate,which was suitable for determination of ethephon residue in bean sprout samples.
