摘要
冲脉为奇经八脉之一,有"五脏六腑之海""血海""十二经之海"之称,冲脉与气血的关系非常密切,对临床有较重要的指导意义。通过分析冲脉的相关文献发现,历代文献对冲脉的起始部位说法不一,具体起始部位包括气街、肾下、关元、胞中等。该文通过综合历代相关论述,对冲脉不同起始部位进行分析,认为冲脉的起始部位当以"肾下胞中"为妥,既丰富发展了冲脉生理、病理理论,赋予冲脉更为广泛的内容,同时也为临床提供更多的指导。
The thoroughfare vessel is one of eight extra meridians and named ＂sea of viscera＂, ＂sea of blood＂ and ＂sea of twelve meridians＂. The thoroughfare vessel is closely related to qi and blood and has important guiding significance for clinical practice. Analysis of literature about the thoroughfare vessel finds that the literature of past dynasties has different descriptions of the initial site of the thoroughfare vessel. Qichong, infrarenal, Guanyuan and uterus were considered as its initial site. By summarizing the related statements of past dynasties, this article analyzes different initial sites of the thoroughfare vessel and considers that infrarenal uterus is the initial site of the thoroughfare vessel. That not only enriches and develops the physiological and pathological theories of the thoroughfare vessel and endows the thoroughfare vessel with more extensive contents but also provides more clinical guidance.
