摘要
目的:观察生物反馈、电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底康复的临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年6月至2015年12月收治112例产妇作为研究对象,并根据其入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例,对照组行单纯盆底肌锻炼,观察组行盆底肌锻炼联合生物反馈和电刺激,对比两组产妇的阴道肌张力、夜尿情况以及预后情况。结果:(1)两组产妇治疗半年后,盆底肌张力提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,两组的夜尿次数均减少,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组的并发症率3.57%,低于对照组的32.14%,性生活质量评分为(9.2±0.2)分,高于对照组的(7.6±1.4)分,组间各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后经生物反馈、电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼可改善产妇盆底肌的肌张力,有助于减少多种产后并发症的发生,提高产后夫妻生活的质量。
Objective :To observe the nlinical effect of biofeedbock and nlectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exereise on pestpartum pelvic floor rohabilitation. Methods: 112 pregnant women hospitalized from Jane 2013 to December 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time of admission to hospi- tal , with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic muscle exercises only while the observation group was treated with pelvic muscle exercise combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation, maternal vaginal muscle tension, nocturia as well as prognosis compared between the two groups. Results:Six months after the treatment, pelvic floor muscle tension in both groups was increased significantly, with that of the observation group better than that of the control group;the times of nocturia in both groups were reduced, with those of the observation group fewer than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05) ; the complication rate of the observation group ( 3.57 % ) was lower than that of the control group (32.14 % ) ; the quality of sexual life score in the observation group was(9. 2 ±0.2) points, higher than that of the control group which was(7.6 ± 1.4) points. The differences of each index between the two groups were statisti- cally significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:Biofeedback and electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can significantly improve the muscle tension of the pelvic floor, which can help to reduce the incidence of postparlum complications and improve the quality of postpatrum sexual life.
