川南页岩气水平井井眼轨迹控制技术 被引量:9

摘要 页岩气水平井井眼轨迹位置对页岩气井产量影响巨大。利用现有技术组合开展井眼轨迹控制,可有效提高页岩气水平井优质页岩钻遇率。川南海相下志留统龙马溪组海相页岩优质储层段自然伽马测井响应敏感,可利用带方位数据与不带方位数据两种随钻伽马数据控制井眼轨迹在优质页岩中穿行。提出的页岩气水平井井眼轨迹控制方法在中国石化西南油气分公司前期勘探阶段3口页岩气探井中得到应用,优质页岩钻遇率均达到100%,取得了良好的效果。现场实践表明,本项技术在海相页岩气水平井钻井井眼轨迹控制方面适应性强,能实时计算近钻头位置地层视倾角,进而开展实时水平井井眼轨迹控制工作。 In shale-gas horizontal wells, the trajectory has animportant effect on shale-gas production. To implement the trajectory control for high-quality shale by means of advanced technologies may increase a drilling ratio. As high-quality marine shale reservoirs, the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in southern Sichuan Basin is sensitive to GR logging response. Two kinds of LWD GR logging data with or without azimuth may be used to control the trajectory to pass only through the high- quality shale. This approach of trajectory control was applied to three shale-gas exploration wells deployed by Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Company and obtained a better effect which the drilling ratio in high-quality shale reached 100 %. Results show that this approach has a strong flexibility in trajectory control of marine high-quality shale horizontal-well drilling, and may calculate an apparent formation dip near drilling bit to constantly control the trajectory.
