摘要
某井(下称D井)具有在水平段储层多且厚度薄、储层横向非均质性强的特点,属于典型的三维多靶侧钻水平井,对定向井工艺技术及装备要求很高。通过对D井地质要求及工程施工情况的分析,针对不同的轨迹控制要求,分别介绍了滑动导向轨迹控制技术、旋转导向轨迹控制技术、地质导向轨迹控制技术的特点以及在该井不同井段的应用情况。结合实钻中的轨迹控制以及施工效果,分析了不同轨迹控制技术的优缺点以及适应情况。建议在综合考虑施工成本、工艺技术能力、精确靶区等多因素的基础之上,结合地质靶区以及不同井段施工需求来选择不同轨迹的控制技术。
As a typical 3D multi-target side-tracking horizontalw ell,D Well is featured by lots of thin reservoirs in horizontal section and strong heterogeneity in transverse direction.Therefore,h igh requirements on both technology and equipment are proposedt o directional well.Through the detailed analysis on geologic demand and construction of D Well,aiming at the different trajectory-control techniques,this paper illustrates the characteristics ofs lide-steering,geo-steering and rotary-steering trajectory-controlt echniques,and their applications to different well sections.Combining with trajectory control and its construction effects in actuald rilling,the advantages and disadvantages of those techniques andt heir applications are also analyzed.Based on comprehensive consideration of construction cost,process technology and accuratet arget area,a suggestion has been made that different trajectory-control technologies should be chosen according to the geologict arget area and construction requirements of different sections.
