摘要
[目的]明确45%哒螨灵·啶虫脒可湿性粉剂不同剂量对苹果黄蚜的防控效果,验证对苹果树和非靶标有益昆虫等的安全性,确定适宜的施药时期、用量和方法。[方法]采用常规喷雾法进行田间药效试验。[结果]45%哒螨灵·啶虫脒可湿性粉剂使用有效成分量为56.25 mg/kg,可以有效防治苹果黄蚜的发生,药后7 d防效可达到99.76%。[结论]45%哒螨灵·啶虫脒可湿性粉剂防治苹果黄蚜高于目前常用农药的防效,对苹果树生长、有益天敌种类和数量都无不良影响。
[Aims] The paper aims to verify the control effect of acetamiprid - pyridaben 45% WP at different doses on Aphis citricola Van der Goot and the safety on apple tree and non-target beneficial insects, etc, and to determine suitable application period, dosage and method. [Methods] Field efficacy was determined with general spraying method. [Results] The results of field trials showed that the acetamiprid-pyridaben 45% WP indicated 99.76% control on 7 days after treatment at concentration of 56.25 mg/kg. [Conclusions] Prevention and control of A. citricola acetamiprid-pyridaben 45% WP is higher than the current commonly used pesticide, and it is safe on apple leaves and species and quantity of beneficial natural enemies.
