摘要
针对CCD价格昂贵,配套设备较多的问题,在实验室测量中考虑将CCD测量系统用一个20倍读数显微镜来代替。该文对线阵CCD测量玻璃材料折射率的方法进行了改进。在光具座上,利用读数显微镜,通过测量光斜入射到平行板玻璃的出射光线与入射光线之间的横向偏移量,即可测量出该介质的折射率。
In view of the fact that the CCD is expensive and the supporting equipment is more, in the laboratory measurement, the CCD measurement system is replaced with a 20 -fold reading mieroscope. In this paper, the linear array CCD method of measuring refractive index of glass material is improved. On the optical bench, using the reading microscope, by measuring the oblique incidence to the parallel plate glass between the exit light and incident light of transverse offset, we can measure the refractive index of the medium.
