摘要
教学效能感是反映教师教学能力与教学效果的一项指标。提升教学效能感对于实习生的专业发展具有重要意义。研究发现,教育实习对于实习生的教育理解效能感、学生认知效能感、教学实施效能感均会产生不同的影响。对影响教学效能感的因素分析发现,当实习生的性别为男性、实习学段为初中、实习学校位于乡镇、同一所学校拥有较多的实习人数时,其教学效能感更易于提高。
Teachers' sense of efficacy is an index to teacher's teaching ability and teaching effect. Improving teachers' sense of efficacy is very important for intern students' professional development. The study showed that the teaching internship has influence on intern students' sense of efficacy in terms of educational understanding, cognition for students and educational implementation. The study of the influencing factors of teachers' sense of efficacy found that the teachers' sense of efficacy of intern students is higher when they are males, their apprenticeship occurs in junior high schools, they are in rural schools, and there are more peers in one school.
