基于不同基质沥青的多聚磷酸复配SBS改性沥青性能评价 被引量:7

Performance Evaluation of Poly Phosphoric Acid Compound SBS Modified Asphalt Based on Different Matrix Asphalt

摘要 以镇海,埃索,SK三种90#基质沥青为原料,分别掺入多聚磷酸(PPA)、聚合物SBS两种改性剂,采用高速剪切法在室内制备多种复配改性沥青材料。通过常规指标测试、重复蠕变试验、疲劳性能分析、粘度试验,对不同掺量复合改性沥青的路用性能进行评价,从而确定改性剂的最佳掺量,并选择适用于复合改性沥青生产的基质沥青。结果表明:PPA的掺入使得改性沥青温度敏感性降低,高温性能以及抗疲劳性能显著提高;PPA的最佳掺量为1%,此时复合改性沥青的性能达到最优;适用于掺入PPA进行改性的基质沥青为SK90#最优,埃索90#次之,镇海90#最差;SK90#基质沥青掺入3.5%SBS和1%的PPA所复配的改性沥青经济效益较普通SBS改性沥青更为优异。 Composite modified asphalt materials were prepared by high-speed shear method in the laboratory,Zhenhai,Esso,SK three 90 # matrix asphalt as the raw materials and poly phosphoric acid( PPA),polymer SBS as modifiers. Through conventional indicators tests,repeated creep tests,fatigue performance analysis and viscosity tests,the pavement performance of composite modified asphalt were evaluated,the optimal modifier dosage were determined and the suitable matrix asphalt for producting composite modified asphalt were selected. It is exhibited that PPA makes the temperature sensitivity of the modified asphalt low,high temperature performance and anti fatigue performance significantly improved.The optimal dosage of PPA modifier is 1%,and the pavement performance of composite modified asphalt make it. SK90# is the most suitable for using the production of modified asphalt about the incorporation of PPA,while Esso 90 # is second one and Zhenhai 90 # is the worst. It is also exhibited that economic performance of the composite modified asphalt based on SK90# which is compounded by the 3. 5% SBS and 1% PPA modifiers is better than ordinary SBS modified asphalt.
