摘要
茶叶精制加工是将毛茶加工成商品茶的过程。通过分析茶叶精制筛分设备现状与存在的问题,介绍了一般茶叶精制筛分自动化生产线设备的构成,并详细介绍了上洋机械的绿茶、红茶、普洱茶和黑茶精制筛分生产线的应用,阐述了上洋精制筛分生产线的技术特点,主要是创新了圆筛机及抖筛机的自动刮筛机构,部分精制生产线采用了集中控制和分散控制双结合的控制方式,将立体输送机和风力式输送机相结合并采用双极除尘装置等。
Tea refining refers to the process of producing fresh leaves into commodity tea. By analyzing the current situation and problems of refined tea screening equipment,it introduced the composition of general screening automated production line equipment and elaborated the application of screening equipment for green tea,black tea,Pu-er tea and dark tea by Shangyang Machinary. This paper also described the technical features on the refined screening line by Shangyang Machinery. The main innovations included the automatic screen scraping mechanism of circular sieve machine and shaking sieve machine,combination of centralized and decentralized control in some refined production equipment and the three-dimensional conveyor and the wind turbine being combined by adopting a bipolar dust removing device,etc.
