摘要
为了提高平面圆筛机的筛分效果,利用MATLAB研究了单颗茶叶颗粒在筛面上的运动规律,找出了影响茶叶在筛面上运动的筛分参数,再基于离散元分析技术的PFC3D法,对平面圆筛机筛分过程进行数值模拟和分析,分析了平面圆筛机在不同筛分参数下筛净率的变化情况,讨论了不同参数对筛净率的影响,得到了最佳筛分效率下各个筛分参数的值。研究表明:平面圆筛机的筛净率在筛面倾角为5.5°时有最佳值,并且随着回转半径的减小而增大,随着回转速度的减小而增大。
In order to improve the clean sifting rate of the tea plane-surface round sifter, the matlab process was used to analyze the motional regularity of single-particle tea sliding on the screen surface, and find out the sieving parameters which influencing the motion. Based on PFC3 D of discrete element method, the numerical value of sieving process was simulated and reserehed, and the clean sifting rate history was analyzed by the tea plane-surface round sifter using the different sieving parameters, and the influence of the various sieving parameters on clean sifting rate was studied. The value of each sieving parameter was derived under optimal clean sifting rate. The research shows that the clean sifting rate has the optimum value when the slope angle of screen surface was 5.5 degrees, and the clean sifting rate increased when the radius of gyration reduced, and increased when the velocity of rotation reduced.
