摘要
目的为有效治疗围绝经期功血患者,临床探究不同药物妇康片、地屈孕酮、安宫黄体酮治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月期间56例经诊断为围绝经期功血入院治疗的患者,按入院时间分为观察1、2、3组,1、2组患者19例,3组患者18例,分别采用安宫黄体酮、地屈孕酮,妇康片治疗。观察用药后3组患者症状改善效果以及不良反应状况。结果观察1组、观察2组、观察3组总有效率分别为68.4%、84.2%、88.9%,观察2组与观察3组较观察1组治疗效果好,且P、LH激素水平恢复情况较观察1组好,P<0.05,观察2组与观察3组两组疗效、激素水平比较差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论临床对围绝经期功血患者采用妇康片、地屈孕酮、安宫黄体酮药物治疗,但妇康片、地屈孕酮两种药物治疗效果较安宫黄体酮效果要好。
Objective To effectively deal with the perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and explore the clinical effect of Fukang Tablets,Dydrogesterone and medroxyprogesterone acetate. Method 50 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into Group 1 、Group 2 19 cases,Group 3 18 cases,using medroxyprogesterone acetate,dydrogesterone,Norlutin treatment. Observation of the three groups of patients with symptoms improvement effect and adverse reaction conditions. Result The clinical effect and the hormone level for Group 2 and Group 3 was not significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with medroxyprogesterone acetate,Fukang Tablets and Dydrogesterone has a better effect in patients of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
