摘要
目的观察和分析中药熏洗配合按摩治疗膝关节周围骨肿瘤术后关节僵硬的疗效。方法 18例膝关节周围骨肿瘤术后关节僵硬患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各9例。对照组仅采用中药熏洗治疗,观察组采取中药熏洗配合按摩的方法进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及两种方法的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为88.89%明显高于对照组的44.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前VAS评分为(6.14±1.54)分,对照组治疗前VAS评分为(6.26±1.43)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分为(4.37±1.24)分,明显低于对照组(5.93±1.81)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合按摩治疗膝关节周围骨肿瘤术后关节僵硬的效果确切,可减轻患者症状及恢复肢体的功能,也有利于缓解患者的疼痛,改善其生活质量。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese herbs fumigating and washing combined with massage in the treatment of joint stiffness after operation in knee joint peripheral bone tumor. Methods A total of 18 patients with joint stiffness after operation in knee joint peripheral bone tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 9 cases in each group. The control group received only Chinese herbs fumigating and washing, and the observation group received Chinese herbs fumigating and washing combined with massage. Comparison were made on visual analogue scale（VAS）score and clinical effect of two methods. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 88.89% than 44.44% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The observation group had VAS score before treatment as（6.14±1.54）points, and the control group had VAS score（6.26±1.43）points, and their difference had no statistically significance（P〈0.05）. The observation gorup had VAS score after treatmentas（4.37±1.24） points, which was lower than（5.93±1.81）points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbs fumigating and washing combined with massage shows affirmative effect in the treatment of joint stiffness after operation in knee joint peripheral bone tumor, which can relieve symptoms of patients and recovery limb function. This method also is helpful to relieve pain of patient and improve their quality of life.
