摘要
目的探讨中医闭合手法复位联合中药熏洗治疗踝部骨折的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的102例踝部骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和联合组,各51例。对照组给予中医闭合手法复位治疗,联合组在此基础上应用中药熏洗治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及预后情况。结果联合组患者Johner-Wruhs优良率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组患者行走能力、踝关节稳定性和疼痛评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者骨痂生长时间、消肿止痛时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对踝部骨折患者,行中医闭合手法复位联合中药熏洗治疗效果显著,其能够促进患者踝部功能恢复,改善预后效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of closed manipulative reduction in traditional Chinese medicine combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods A total of102patients with ankle fracture admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with51cases in each group.The control group was treated with closed manipulative reduction in traditional Chinese medicine,and the combined group was treated with herbal fumigation on this basis.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruhs in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The scores of walking ability,ankle jojnt stability and pain in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of callus growth,detumescence and pain relief and hospitalization in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For ankle fracture patients,closed manipulative reduction in traditional Chinese medicine combined with herbal fumigation has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of ankle function and improve the quality of prognosis,and is worth popularizing and applying.
