摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法 120例(120眼)白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例(60只眼)。对照组患者给予地塞米松眼膏和普拉洛芬滴眼液等常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用玻璃酸钠滴眼液。比较两组术眼症状、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色水平。结果治疗组中痊愈20例,显效25例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率为96.67%;对照组痊愈4例,显效8例,有效32例,无效16例,总有效率为73.33%;治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症,可显著改善患者的主观症状,效果明显,可作为治疗干眼症有效药物之一。
Objective To observe clinical effect of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia caused by cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation. Methods A total of 120 patients（120 eyes） with xerophthalmia caused by cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases（60 eyes） in each group. The control group received conventional therapy such as eexamethasone eye ointment and pranoprofen eye drops, and the treatment group received hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops on the basis of conventional therapy. Comparison were made on operative eye symptom, tear secretion test, breakup time of tear film and level of corneal fluorescein staining. Results The treatment group had 20 cured cases, 25 excellent cases, 13 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 96.67%; the control group had 4 cured cases, 8 excellent cases, 32 effective cases and 16 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 73.33%. The treatment group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops shows clear effect in the treatment of xerophthalmia caused by cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation, which can significantly improve subjective symptoms of patients. This method can be taken as an effective drug for the treatment of xerophthalmia.
