摘要
制备了一种体育用品用弹性固化EP(环氧树脂)体系,并着重探讨了其与碳纤维制成的复合材料的相关性能。研究结果表明:弹性固化EP体系的相对最佳固化温度为113.5~147.0℃,95~110℃时固化度超过90%;复合材料的横向拉伸强度>60.00 MPa、拉伸弹性模量≥8.20 GPa、弯曲强度≥1.50 GPa、弯曲弹性模量>110.00 GPa和层间剪切强度>82.00 MPa,经98℃水煮48 h后,复合材料的弯曲性能和层间剪切强度与国内外同类产品(150℃固化40 min)的性能相当;纤维表面有树脂附着,并且有部分树脂浸润纤维,说明该弹性固化EP体系与碳纤维之间的浸润效果良好。
An elasticity curing EP(epoxy resin) system for sports goods was prepared,and the relatedproperties of composite,which was made by EP system and carbon fiber,were emphatically discussed. The researchresults showed that the elasticity curing EP system had the relatively best curing temperature(113.5-147.0 ℃),andits curing degree was more than 90% at 95-110 ℃. The transverse tensile strength,bending elastic modulus,andinterlaminar shear strength of composite were more than 60.00 MPa,110.00 GPa,and 82.00 MPa respectively,butthe tensile elastic modulus,and bending strength were no less than 8.20,1.50 GPa respectively,and the compositeafter 98 ℃ boiled 48 h and similar composite at home and abroad after 150 ℃ cured 40 h had the near properties inbending properties and interlaminar shear strength. The infiltration effect between the elasticity curing EP systemand the carbon fiber was good because the fiber surface was adhered by the resin,and the part resin was infiltratedinto the fiber.
