摘要
为解决传统模具管理模式中存在的流程繁琐、信息滞后等问题,提出了一种基于RFID的模具管理系统流程。采用RFID识别、信息传输等技术对零部件的生产状况以及运输信息进行实时采集,实现了物联制造与模具管理流程的融合,方便工作人员及客户及时掌握模具的实时状况,实现了模具制造业的智能化管理。
To solve the cumbersome procedures and delayed information existing in the traditional mold management, this paper puts forward a new process of the mold management system based on the RFID. RFID recognition and information transmission technology is used to collect parts' production status and transport information in real time, thus realizing the integration of IOMT with the process of the mold management. It is easy for the staff and customers to master the mold real-time status in time. The intelligent management can be realized in the manufacturing industry.
