摘要
讨论分析了模具企业生产管理的现状,指出了模具企业生产管理信息化是随当今制造业界管理信息化的大势,它在提高模具企业生产率、降低成本以及提高品质等方面起到非常重要的作用。在对模具生产特殊性的深入研究基础上,提出了采用生产环节条码化来解决模具企业生产管理信息化中所面临的问题。
This paper analyses the status quo of production management of mould & die enterprise, points out that mould & die enterprise production management informationization is with general trend of manufacturing nowadays. It plays a very important role in improving enterprise's productivity of the mould, lowering costs and improving quality etc. On the basis of producing the future investigation of the particularity to the mould, this paper proposes adopting the bar code in the production tache to solve the problem that faced in mould. & die enterprise's production management informationization
