摘要
区域金融改革是中国金融改革的一个重要方面。从理论层面上看,区域金融发展是支持区域经济增长的重要动力,区域经济结构差异是多元金融改革的现实条件,而金融改革创新是提高经济金融效率的有效举措。近期我国区域金融改革创新的最新实践表明,深化金融改革创新需与"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念相一致;从政策建议的角度看,可借势人民币国际化,深化开放型区域金融发展;坚持以人为本,优化和拓展金改区域分布;细化特色金融,为金改顶层设计积累经验。
Regional financial reform is an important aspect of China＇s financial reform. From the theoretical perspective, the regional financial development is an important force to support the growth of regional economy. The regional differences in economic structure is the realistic condition of diversified financial reform and financial reform and innovation is an effective measure to improve the economic and financial efficiency. The most recent practice innovation of China＇s regional financial reform that deepen the financial reform and innovation consistent with ＂innovation, harmony, green, open and sharing＂ five development ideas. As policy proposals, it is suggested to deepen regional financial openness by taking the chance of RMB internationalization; optimize and develop the regional distribution adhere to the peopleoriented principles; contribute to the top-level design by accumulating regional experience.
