摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法:将168例化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各84例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加六味解毒饮口服和中药穴位贴敷双足涌泉穴,2组均治疗5天。结果:治疗组的退热时间和扁桃体脓肿的消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在西药治疗基础上加六味解毒饮口服和中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎风热蕴结证,可缩短患儿的退热时间及扁桃体脓肿的消退时间,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy in treating suppurative tonsillitis with wind-heat accumulation syndrome in children. Methods：Divided 168 cases of children with suppurative tonsillitis with wind-heat accumulation syndrome into the control group and the treatment group randomly,84 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Liuwei Jiedu yin orally and point-application with Chinese medicine at the foot point of Yongquan. The two groups both received treatment for five days. Compared the defervescence time and the regression time of tonsillar abscess, and observed the curative effect and improvement of symptoms in both groups after treatment. Results：The defervescence time and the regression time of tonsillar abscess in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Additional treatment of Liuwei Jiedu yin and point-application with Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine for suppurative tonsillitis in children can shorten the defervescence time and the regression time of tonsillar abscess and enhance the curative effect.
