摘要
阐述了中国电弧炉发展的现状,分析了炼钢技术的发展趋势及制约我国电弧炉发展的因素。在此基础上介绍了电弧炉炼钢的原料、能源状况,指出未来我国废钢供应量和电能富余量将增加,有利于发展电弧炉炼钢流程。同时分析了新型电弧炉的使用情况,指出了电弧炉炼钢技术的发展趋势。
The present situation of EAF development was stated in this paper. The development trend of steelmaking technologies and the factors which restrict the EAF development in China were analyzed. The raw materials,power of EAF steelmaking were introduced. it is pointed that the scrap supply and electricity will increase in the future of China,which will conducive to the development of EAF steelmaking process. At the same time the usage of energy-savingtype EAF was analyzed. And the technology trend of the EAF steelmaking development was concluded at last.
