优质高碳钢高拉碳前期脱磷过程控制 被引量:25

Process control of dephosphorization in initial smelting period of combined blowing BOF for clean steel

摘要 在分析了复吹转炉脱磷的热力学与动力学条件的基础上,利用复吹转炉吹炼前期(0~8min)低温的有利条件实现钢-渣充分脱磷、倒掉脱磷渣后进行少渣冶炼、高碳下出钢。以实现复吹转炉吹炼前期高效脱磷,吹炼前期的脱磷率达到75%-93%。 The thermodynamics and kinetics of combined blown BOF dephosphorization is discussed, on the basic of which the fully dephosphorization in reaction of steel and slag, little slag smelting technology after getting rid of dephosphorizing slag , equating decarburization rate and tapping in the condition of high carbon is realized by the condition of smelting prior period (0-8min). Through above technology, the highly active dephosphorization of smelting prior period in BOF And dephosphorization ratio is obtained from 75 ting.
