摘要
目的：了解国家基本药物制度及解放军第152中心医院（以下简称＂我院＂）基本药物使用状况,对基本药物临床使用情况进行综合评价。方法：利用医院信息系统和合理用药监测系统,对我院每月国家基本药物的使用品种数、销售金额和医嘱进行分析。结果：我院2014—2015年使用基本药物品种数占药品总品种数的构成比较稳定;基本药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例为11.5%~16.4%;住院患者人均基本药物使用品种数构成比为44.8%~63.7%;2014—2015年化学药品销售金额排序居前10位的药物主要为调节水、电解质平衡药,血液系统用药,抗微生物药,消化系统用药,品种变化不大。2014—2015年我院中成药销售金额排序居前10位的品种基本相同,且中成药活血化瘀类药物所占比例较大。结论：我院基本药物的使用未达到河南省的相关要求,基本药物使用率有待提高,需要加大宣传基本药物政策,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of national essential drugs in NO. 152 Central Hospital of PLA（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） during 2014-2015,and to comprehensively evaluate the application of essential drugs in clinic. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on the number of categories,consumption sum and medical orders in our hospital based on the data of HIS and the pass system. RESULTS： During2014-2015,the constituent ratio of essential drugs to the total number of drug categories was stable; the constituent ratio of consumption sum of essential drugs to total consumption sum was 11. 5%-16. 4%; and the constituent ratio of number of categories per person in inpatients was 44. 8%-63. 7%. The top 10 chemical drugs ranked by consumption sum during 2014-2015 were respectively drugs for adjusting the water electrolyte balance,blood system drugs,antimicrobial drugs and digestive system drugs; and categories of drugs had no obvious change. The categories of the consumption sum of the top 10 Chinese patent medicines during 2014-2015 were basically the same,and the ratio of activating blood circulation took the lead. CONCLUSIONS： The application of essential drugs in our hospital do not meet the requirements of Henan province,the application rate of essential drugs needs to be improved by making propaganda of essential drugs policy and promoting rational drug application in clinic.
