摘要
                
                    目的探讨翻转课堂与微格教学法在外科临床实践能力培训中的应用。方法将七年制中医专业学生56人、随机分为甲、乙、丙、丁4组。教师组:分青年教师组、高年资教师组。甲组和乙组为对照组,分别由青年教师组和高年资教师组用传统教学方法进行教学;丙组和丁组为实验组,分别由青年教师组和高年资教师组用微格教学和翻转课堂教学法进行教学。4组均讲授外科临床实践技能中的"换药、消毒、穿脱手术衣、戴手套、洗手"内容。授课结束后按照执业医师考试评分标准对学生操作进行评估,并对年教师组与高年资教师组教学效果进行统计分析。结果青年教师组有统计学差异(P<0.01),对高年资教师无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青年教师采用翻转课堂与微格教学能显著提高教学效果。
                
                Objective To study application of the flipped classroom and microteaching method in surgicalclinical practice ability training. Methods 56 seven-year students of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into four groups of Jia,Yi, Bing and Ding. Teachers were divided into junior and senior groups. Students in the control group of Jia and Yi were taught by both the junior and senior teachers with traditional teaching method. While students in the experiment group of Bing and Ding were taught with flipped classroom and microteaching method.Teaching contents were surgery clinical practice skills of dressing, disinfection, putting on and taking off the gown and gloves, and washing hands. After the teaching medical practitioner examination criteria were used to evaluate students' operation. The data obtained about junior and senior teachers' teaching effect were statistically processed. Results There existed a statistical significance (P〈0.01) in the junior group while no statistical significance (P〉0.05) in the senior group. Conclusion The young teachers who used the flipped classroom and microteaching method could significantly improve their teaching effect, and the senior teachers who used the same method didn't show obvious improvement in teaching effect.
