摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析、对比分析等研究方法,以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中体育法学领域相关研究论文为对象,厘清文献来源与处理方法,分析相关研究文献的动态分布,即年度论文发表分布情况、研究层次分布情况、前10位论文发表作者分布情况、前10名论文发表机构分布情况;对研究进展的3个层面,即理论层面、实践层面、国外对比层面进行探讨,最终结论:成果可圈可点、不足之处仍需加强、未来的发展可以期待等,同时窥探出目前我国体育法学领域研究相对西方发达地区存在差异,需要更加深入与细致的研究才能提升《体育法》实施过程中的公信力,需要理论与实践结合的研究才能弥补我国体育法学领域研究的不足,而通过本研究旨在厘清我国体育法学领域研究的若干问题,清晰后续研究的方向,为体育事业法治化发展提供参考。
This paper used the approaches of literature , logical analysis , comparative analysis , in order to take China Academic Journal （ CNKI） in research papers of sports law field as an object ,clarify literature sources and processing methods to analyze the dynamic distribution of the relevant research literature , namely the annual paper published distribution , research-level distribution of the top 10 papers published author distribution , the top 10 pa -pers published distribution agencies ; research progress in three levels , namely the theoretical level , practical level , foreign contast levels to explore , the final conclusion ; re - markable achievements , shortcomings need to be strengtli - ened , the future could look forward to , at the same time pry out the current research field of sports law in the rela -tive diferences Western developed regions , the need for more in-depth and meticulous research to enhance the “ Sports law ” the credibility of the process , we need to combine theory and practice in order to compensate for the lack of study of sports law field of study , and through the present study was designed to clarify several issues in the field of sports law ,follow-up study of a clear direction for the development of sports law for reference
