理性与感性的较量:责任型领导影响下属绿色行为的双路径探讨 被引量:34

Cognition-driven or Emotion-driven:A Two Path-way Model Linking Responsible Leadership to Employee Green Behavior

摘要 在环境问题凸显的时代背景下,责任型领导和绿色行为的概念日益受到重视,但已有研究缺乏对两者关系的深入探讨。本文基于社会学习理论和情感事件理论,将利益相关者价值观和积极情绪引入到分析框架中,从认知(理性)和情感(感性)两个角度考察责任型领导影响下属绿色行为的内部机理,以及认知-情感的交互作用。以151名企业员工为样本,结果发现:(1)责任型领导与下属绿色行为呈正相关;(2)利益相关者价值观、积极情绪部分中介责任型领导与下属绿色行为之间的关系,且积极情绪的中介效应值要大于利益相关者价值观;(3)积极情绪负向调节利益相关者价值观与绿色行为的关系。本研究丰富了责任型领导影响下属绿色行为的内部机制和权变条件,对绿色管理实践具有一定的启示意义。 With the highlight of environmental issues in recent years, concepts such as responsible leadership and green behavior have received increasing attention. However, little research has explored the relationship between them. Drawing on social learning theory and affective events theory, we develop a two path-way model linking responsible leadership to employee green behavior in which stakeholder value represents a cognitive mechanism and positive emotion represents an emotional mechanism. In addition, this study also compares the two mediating effects, Using a sample of 151 employees, we found that: (1) responsible leadership positively relates to employee green behavior; (2) stakeholder value and positive emotion partially mediated the relationship between responsible leadership and employee green behavior, and the mediating effect of positive emotion is stronger than that of stakeholder value; (3) positive emotion weakened the relationship between stakeholder value and green behavior. This study has enriched the mechanism and contingency conditions of the influence of responsible leadership on employee green behavior.
