摘要
目的:探讨皮肤保护剂用于头颈部放疗患者皮肤保护的最佳方法。方法:将120例需头颈部放疗肿瘤患者分为ABC三组,每组各40例,A组(观察组)在开始放射治疗前给予3M液体敷料喷涂保护放射野皮肤;B组(观察组)在放射治疗后给予皮肤保护剂贝优芬涂抹;C组(实验组)在开始放射治疗前喷涂3M液体敷料,放疗后给予皮肤保护剂贝优芬涂抹。其他按常规皮肤护理。结果:3种疗法的皮肤损伤情况有差异(X^2=15.04,P〈0.001),进一步两两比较显示,c组(M液体敷料+贝优芬)皮肤损伤情况比对照组A(3M液体敷料)轻(z=3.632,P〈0.001)、比对照组B(贝优芬)轻(z=3.151,P=O.002)。结论:头颈部放疗患者开始放射治疗前喷涂3M液体敷料,放疗后予皮肤保护剂贝优芬涂抹,可以有效保护放疗区皮肤.减轻皮肤放射性损伤.提高皮肤对射线的耐受剂量及加速急性放射性皮炎创面愈合的作用.效果显著。
Objective: To explore the effect of using skin protective agent in patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy. Methods: One hundred twenty tumor patients treated with head and neck radiotherapy were divided into A, B and C groups, 40 cases per group. Group A: Before starting the radiotherapy, 3 M liquid was sprayed to the skin in the radiation area; Group B: after radiation treatment, skin protectant bei optimal Finn was applied on the radiation area; Group C: 3 M liquid was sprayed to the skin in the radiation area prior to the radiation, and followed by skin protectant bei optimal was applied on the radiation area after the radiation. Other routine skin care was the same in all groups. Results: Compared with group A (3 M liquid), patients in group C (3 M liquid and bei optimal Finn) suffer less skin injury (z = 3.632,P 〈 0.001 ). Compared with group B (bei optimal Finn), patients in group C (3 M liquid and bei optimal Finn) suffer less skin injury (z = 3.151 ,P = 0.002. Conclusion: In patients with head and neck radiotherapy, Spraying 3 M liquid dressing before and using skin protectant bayesian optimal Finn daub after, can effectively protect skin in the radiation areas, reduce the radiation injury, improve the tolerance to radiation and accelerate wound healing of acute radioactive dermatitis.
