摘要
基于周仲瑛对流行性出血热(疫斑热)的认识,总结其对外感热病的学术特点主要体现在以下5个方面:重视病理因素、注重病势演变、主张理论复合和学术革新、探索特异性治法、临证一法多用和多法并举。从对疫斑热的认识可以看出,周仲瑛既有对传统认识的继承,又有对理论的创新;既有全面把握,又有重点认知;既保持了对中医理论的严格把握,在特定疾病上又不失灵活对待。对其辨治疫斑热的学术特点进行分析,可为提高中医外感热病的研究提供有益借鉴。
Based on Prof. ZHOU Zhongying＇s understanding of epidemic hemorrhagic fever（ pestilent and macula heat）,the authors summarize that the academic characteristics of exogenous febrile disease mainly include 5 aspects below： emphasize pathological factors; pay attention to the evolution of disease; advocate theory composition and academic innovation; explore specific treatment; multi uses of one method and adopt multi methods clinically. From the understanding of pestilent and macula heat,the authors think that Prof. ZHOU inherits traditional understanding and makes innovation to theory. Prof. ZHOU gets comprehensive mastery and has key cognition. He keeps mastering Chinese medicine theory strictly and treats some specific diseases flexibly. The analysis of his academic characteristics of treating pestilent and macula heat might provide useful reference for improving research levels of Chinese medicine exogenous febrile disease.
