摘要
目的运用文献计量学的方法,归纳梳理竹叶石膏汤的研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势,为相关临床研究提供参考。方法检索1959年—2020年中国知网(CNKI)的文献作为数据来源,运用软件CiteSpace 5.6.R5基于文献计量的方法对文献数据进行处理,对作者、研究机构和关键词等进行关联性分析并得到相应图谱。结果合计检索到文献498篇,筛选去重后得到有效文献433篇,时间跨越61年。结论关于竹叶石膏汤研究的文献发表量呈现逐年增多的趋势,已有一些小范围的研究机构,研究认识和水平也逐渐提高和细化,但还要加强不同地域和作者之间的联系和合作。对关键词的关联性进行分析发现,探索研究竹叶石膏汤的加减应用和临床新用将会受到更多学者的关注。但整体在科学研究中还存在很多方面的不足。
Objective Using the method of CiteSpace,the research status,research hot spots and development trends of combing Zhuyeshigao Decoction(竹叶石膏汤)are summarized,and reference is provided for the relevant research.Methods To retrieve the literature in CNKI for the period 1959 to 2020 as a data source,to process the literature data by software Cite Space 5.6.R5 based on the method of document measurement,to analyze the correlation of authors,research institutions and keywords,etc.and to obtain the corresponding map.Results A total of 498 documents were retrieved,and 433 valid documents were obtained after screening and re-weighting,spanning 61 years.Conclusion The publication of literature on Zhuyeshigao Decoction research shows a trend of increasing year by year,there are some small-scale research institutions,research understanding and level is gradually improved,refined but also to strengthen the links and cooperation between different regions and authors.Analysis of the correlation of keywords found that the exploration of Zhuyeshigao Decoction plus or minus application and clinical new use will be more scholars’attention.However,there are still many shortcomings in scientific research.
