摘要
硅橡胶,因其耐热、耐寒、耐生物老化等多种优势,被广泛应用于生物医学领域,但因其亲水性差,生物兼容性仍存在一些限制。聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)是一类常用的改变材料表面特性的物质,可以使材料表面覆盖亲水涂层。利用接触角测试的方法,研究不同PVP亲水溶液及其不同浓度对硅橡胶亲水性的改变,探索最优PVP溶液,最适浓度范围,确定偶联剂的选用,以使硅橡胶具有更好的生物兼容性。结果显示,PVP溶液的最佳质量浓度为2%,分子量为40000,用于预处理硅橡胶表面的硅烷偶联剂最佳选择为KH792。优化了硅橡胶的表面特性,提高了其生物医学领域利用效能。
Silicone rubber was widely used in biomedicine realm, However,as a poor hydrophilicity material,silicone rubber still has limitations in biocompatibility. Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) is a class of material that is commonly used in treatment of material surface modification, which could lead to a hydrophilic coating modification. PVP and ethylalcohol will be used to formulate hydrophilic solution. In order to find out the best protocol in promoting silicon rubber biocompatibili ty, using the method of contact angle, the effect of different PVP molecular weight, concentration and coupling agent on sur face modification were tested. According to our data, the best concentration of PVP solution was 2wt%, the molecular weight was 40000 and the best choice of silane coupling agents for silicon rubber surface treatment was KH792. Our re- search optimized the surface of silicone rubber and improved its application in biomedicine field.
