摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等方法对兴化市5所中学的阳光体育运动开展现状进行了调查与分析。从学生阳光体育意识的必要性、学校开展阳光体育运动的组织形式、学校运动项目的设置、学生参加阳光体育运动的动机等方面进行了调查。结果表明,兴化市的5所中学在开展阳光体育运动过程中存在诸多问题:兴化市大部分中学生认为开展阳光体育运动是有一定的必要性的,但是学生锻炼的效果却是一般;提供的资金、场地设施不足是影响他们参加阳光体育运动的主要因素;走访调查还发现兴化市的中学阳光体育运动的开展在宣传力度、基本物质条件、教学组织形式、组织领导和体育法规制度的贯彻等方面也存在明显的不足。针对出现的问题,提出了相应的建议,为促进兴化市学校阳光体育运动更好地开展提供理论依据。
Through methods of literalure, questionnaire investigation , survey and data statistics , the author makesan investigation and analysis on the sunlight sports activities situation ofstudentsin 5 middle sehoolsin Xinghua,analyzes the necessity of sunlight sport awareness, the organization form of sun light sport in schools, sportprogram sets, as well as the motivation for students to join in sun light sport. Result shows that many problemsexist. The students consider sunlight sport to be necessary while the result is far from enough. Main factorsrestricting them from participation are funds and site facilities. At the same time, many problems are shown onpublicity, the basic material conditions, teaching organizational form, organizational leadership and the sy-stem ofsports laws and regulations. The paper offers related suggestions for the problems, in order to offer flleoretiealevidence for the promotion of sunlight sport in Xinghua.
