摘要
目的:探讨5S管理模式在三甲医疗机构病区药房中的应用价值。方法:将5S管理模式运用于病区药房药品安全管理中,对药房工作人员实施药品管理培训,持续做好5S管理工作。对比分析5S管理模式实施前后病区病房用药差错率、药房工作人员药物知识水平、药品过期率、内差发生率、患者满意度、内部员工满意度等指标。结果:5S管理模式实施后,病区药房药品差错率为0.32%,明显低于实施前病区药房药品差错率1.45%(P<0.05)。实施后药房工作人员药品知识水平总分平均分为(95.62±3.18)分,高于实施前的(73.45±5.56)分(P<0.05)。实施后患者对病区药房工作人员的满意度为98.2%,高于实施前的84.5%(P<0.05)。实施后内部员工对病区药房工作人员的满意度为100.0%,高于实施前的86.7%(P<0.05)。结论:在病区药房实施5S管理模式,能明显降低病区病房用药差错率,提升药房工作人员用药知识水平,提高满意度,确保患者用药安全。
Objective： To explore the application value of 5S management mode in the ward pharmacy of the class 3A medical institutions. Methods： 5S management model was applied to the drug safety management in ward pharmacy. For the pharmacy staff, they were trained with drug management, and keep on the implementation of 5S management. The indicators, such as ward medication errors, the level of medication knowledge of pharmacy staff, drug expiration rate, internal error rate, patients satisfaction and internal employee satisfaction, were compared and analysed before and after the implementation of 5S management model. Results： After the implementation of 5S management mode, the drug error rate of ward pharmacy was 0.32%, which was significantly lower than that of ward pharmacy drug error rate of 1.45% before the implementation （P〈 0.05）. The average total scores of the level of medication knowledge of pharmacy staff after the implementation were （95.62 -＋ 3.18） points, which were significantly higher than （73.45_＋5.56） points before the implementation （P〈0.05）. Besides, the patients satisfaction for the pharmacy staff was 98.2% after implementation, which was significantly higher than 84.5% before the implementation （P〈0.05）. What＇s more, the internal staff satisfaction for the pharmacy staff was 100% after implementation, which was significantly higher than 86.7% before the implementation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of 5S management mode in ward pharmacy can significantly reduce medication error rate of ward pharmacy, improve the level of medication knowledge of pharmacy staff, improve satisfaction and ensure patient medication safety.
