摘要
在市场经济下,医院需要严格规范药剂科工作的药物管理行为,落实医疗标准和法律法规制度,提高患者满意度。本文就是根据5S管理思想,首先论述了药剂科药品管理存在的普遍问题,然后分析了5S管理在药剂科药品管理中的步骤,最后提出了相关的建立对策:加强药物与环节管理、积极重视药品质量、重视药物管理的监督和发挥药学人员的作用。
In the market economy, the hospital needs to strictly regulate the behavior of pharmacy drugs work management and implement the medical standards and legal rules and regulations for improving patient satisfaction. This article is based on the 5S management thinking, the author firstly discusses the common drug administration problems of pharmacy, and then analyze the steps of the 5S management in the department of pharmacy. Lastly proposes the establishment of countermeasures： strengthen the drugs and links management, positively emphasis the drug quality, oversight attention to drug management and give the role of pharmacy personnel.
