摘要
目的观察健脾活血方联合化疗对晚期胃癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法将67名晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用健脾活血方加减联合化疗,对照组采用单纯化疗。结果治疗组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后卡氏评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD3+较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),而对照组反而下降;治疗组治疗后CD4+/CD8+的值较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),而对照组反而下降;治疗组胃肠道反应、胃肠道反应、血小板下降、肝肾功能损伤等毒副反应均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组6月、1年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾活血方加减联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌可提高治疗有效率和患者生存质量,增强患者免疫功能,降低因化疗引起的毒副反应,延长患者生存时间。
Objective To observe the effects of Jianpi Huoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy on life quality and immune function of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods 67 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 34） and control group（ n = 33 ）, treatment group received Jianpi Huoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy, control group received chemotherapy only. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 85. 29% , significantly higher than 66. 67% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Kanofsky score of treatment group was （ 78.92 ±6. 59 ）, significantly higher than （ 69. 23 ±4. 78 ） of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; CD3^＋ of treatment group was （ 65.2 ±7.6 ）, significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） , while it decreased in control group; CD4^＋/CD8^＋ value was （ 1.1 ±0. 3 ） , significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while it decreased in control group; gastrointestinal reactions, thrombocytopenia, liver and kidney toxicity dysfunction in treatment group were lower than those of control group ; the 6 months, 1 year survival rates of treatment group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion Jianpi Huoxue decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficiency and life quality, enhance the patients＇ immune function, reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy and prolong survival time in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
