手术时机与移植部位的选择对子宫内膜异位大鼠模型建模效果的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Surgical Times and Transplantation Sites on Endometriosis Rat Models

摘要 目的采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位大鼠模型,比较选取不同的手术时机及内膜自体移植在不同部位的建模效果,以期寻求便捷、有效的手术建模方法。方法将SD大鼠随机分为动情期手术组与间情期手术组,分别在动情期与间情期将大鼠自体子宫内膜移植在腹壁、肠系膜袢部、肠系膜根部3个部位,以典型度为主要模型评价指标,建立有序多分类Logistic回归模型对数据进行统计分析。结果动情期造模与非动情期造模的模型效果无显著差异(P>0.05),不同移植部位的模型效果有差异(P<0.05),成模效果优度分别为肠系膜袢部>腹壁>肠系膜根部。结论手术时机对自体移植建立EMT大鼠模型的建模效果无影响;移植部位的血供情况可能对建模效果有影响。 Objective To establish rat models of endometriosis by surgical transplantation in two different times and planted the endom- etrial in three different parts, to find a convenient and effective surgical modeling method by comparing the effects of models. Methods 30 SD rats were divided into two groups, one group was oprated in estrusand, the other was operted in diestrus. Each rat' s right utrus was cut and divided and the tissus was planted in abdominal wall, mesenteric loop portion and mesenteric root respectively. Assess the models by the index of typical degrees and established ordinal logistic regression model for statistical data analysis. Results The data analysis showed that there were no significant differences of model effects between the two groups. The differences of model effect among the planted parts were signifi- cant. Conclusion Whether the rats oprated in estrus or that in diestrus dosen' t effect the model effect,the blood supply in planting site may be the major factor that influences the modeling effect.
