摘要
指出当前旅游行业存在严重的人才供需错位问题,亟需提高专业人才对口就业率。基于组织忠诚理论,通过问卷调查,收集莆田学院旅游管理专业本科6届毕业生的相关数据,运用均值分析、方差分析、单因子分析等方法,探讨旅游行业行业忠诚影响因子及其之间的关系,并从学校角度提出改进的建议。
Currently tourism industry is facing a serious problem of disequilibrium between supply and demand in talents. It's an urgent need to improve specialty geared employment rate. Based on organizational loyalty theory, this paper aims to explore the main factors and their relationship of professional commitment in tourism industry. The survey data of tourism management graduates in Putian University in recent 6 years are used. Mean analysis, variance analysis, and single factor analysis are selected to measure the correlation and their impact of professional commitment in tourism industry. From the view of schools, it puts forward suggestions for improvement.
