摘要
专业承诺作为一种心理契约,不仅影响学生的专业学习和专业实践,而且还影响学生对口就业。调查发现,大学生专业承诺履行状况存在较多问题,其中专业选择、专业实践以及专业就业等方面成为主要原因。为此应结合职业生涯教育帮助学生认知专业和职业,以提升专业承诺的忠诚度。
As a psychological contract,professional commitment not only affects the students＇ professional learning and professional practice,but also affects the employment of student counterparts. The survey found that,there are many problems with professional commitments,especially on professional choice,professional practice and professional employment. The career education will be an effective solution to help students understand the profession and career,and then improve their loyalty of professional commitments.
