摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年1月接收的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者188例,随机分为西医组和中西医结合组,各94例。西医组采用单纯的西医治疗方法,包括达英35药物治疗、刮宫、调整周期的方法;中西医结合组采用中医结合西医的治疗方法,在西医治疗方法的基础上联合服用中药,比较两组疗效,出血控制时间、出血减少时间、出血完全控制时间。结果中西医结合组有效率78.7%,明显高于西医组55.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合组出血控制时间、出血减少时间、出血完全控制时间明显短于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的治疗方法有较好的疗效,能有效缩短出血控制时间、出血减少时间、出血完全控制时间,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 188 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected,and they were randomly divided into Western medicine group and integrated medicine group,with 94 cases in each group. The Western medicine group was treated with the simple Western medicine treatment method,including Diane 35 drug treatment,curettage,adjusting period. The integrated medicine group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine. We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups,bleeding control time,decreased bleeding time and complete bleeding control time. Results The effective rate of integrated medicine group was 78. 7% which was significantly higher than 55. 3% of the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The bleeding control time,decreased bleeding time and complete bleeding time of the integrated medicine group were significantly shorter than those of the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine has a better curative effect,can effectively reduce the bleeding control time,bleeding time and complete bleeding control time,and has a highly clinical promotion value.
