摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:分析青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者80例的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取西医治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗。结果:观察组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效确切、安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective：To investigate clinical effects of the integrative Medicine on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods：80 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group observation group;control group took Western medicine treatment, and observation group took the integrative medicine therapy. Results：The total efficiency of 97.5%was better than 85.0% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Observed bleeding time, co and mplete hemostasis time were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were precise, with high security, worth of promotion.
