摘要
为提高滤棒长度控制精度,以KDF4滤棒成型机组为研究对象,基于线光源成像原理设计了一种滤棒长度在线测量系统。该系统包括长度测量、数据处理及控制、人机交互三大模块,采用图像传感器的边缘检测技术测定滤棒两端的投影位置,并通过PLC对采集到的信号进行计算转化,实现了对高速运动中滤棒长度的快速检测。测试结果表明,在滤棒成型机组高速生产状态下,系统检测误差小于±0.03 mm,标准偏差小于0.015,符合滤棒长度的在线检测要求,有效提高了滤棒检测精度和生产效率。
To improve the control accuracy of filter rod length, taking KDF4 filter rod maker as a research object, an on-line filter rod length measurement system was designed on the basis of linear light imaging principle. The designed system consisted of three modules: length measurement module, data processing and controlling module, and man-machine interface module. The projection positions of two ends of filter rod were detected via the edge detection technology of image sensor, the collected signals were calculated by PLC and converted into the length of filter rod. The test results showed that the detection error and standard deviation of the system were lower than ~0.03 mm and 0.015, respectively; it promoted the precision of filter rod length detection and the production efficiency of filter rod maker effectively.
