摘要
分析了卷烟生产中出现烟箱缺条的原因,比较了几种不同的烟箱缺条检测方法,介绍了γ射线扫描式烟箱缺条检测器的原理和特点,该检测器利用扫描过程中γ射线因缺条产生的强度变化,判断并剔除缺条烟箱。γ射线扫描技术进行缺条检测,不受被检测烟箱软硬包装及卷烟品牌的影响,检测精度较高。
The causes of carton-missing in cigarette case were analyzed, several different methods of carton-missing detecting were compared, and the principle and characteristics of γ ray scanning carton_missing detector were (introduced.) The detector determined and rejected carton_missing cases by the variation of the radiation intensity of γ ray during scanning. The detector was not influenced by cigarette brands or packaging materials, and the detecting precision was higher.
