摘要
启动与推进教育改革,首先需恰切地解决改革方法问题。当代教育并不缺乏改革,改革已成为世界范围内教育发展的主旋律,但众多的改革运动在改革方法上明显缺乏科学性与可行性品质,使教育发展形式上变化较多实质性改变很少。教育改革因为不当的定位及行动,面临着严峻的价值性与功能性失调困惑及失衡性与失败性境遇困扰。当代教育改革须遵循改革与发展特定的专业逻辑;超越化约论的思维方式与行为方式,由单向度要素驱动转向整体性、综合性推进;实现自上而下与自下而上改革的融合。
To start and promote educational reform,proper methods need to be selected. Contemporary education isnot lack of reforms,and reform has become the main theme of educational development all over the world. However,thereare a lot of reforms lacking of scientificity and feasibility of reform methods,which have made educational developmentchange more in form rather than in substance. Improper methods in contemporary educational reform are facing theproblems of maladjustment in value and function,and dilemma of unbalance and failure. The contemporary educationreform must follow the specific professional logic of reform and development;exceed the thinking and behavior pattern ofreductionism,turning from one dimensional factor-driving to integrality and comprehensiveness;realize the integration ofreform of top-down and bottom-up.
