摘要
目的:研究延龄草提取物抗急性心肌缺血的活性。方法:取SD雄性大鼠60只随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、地奥心血康组(60.0 mg/kg)、延龄草85%乙醇洗脱物高剂量组(87.6 mg/kg,延龄草高剂量组)和中剂量组(43.8 mg/kg,延龄草中剂量组),连续灌胃给予相应剂量药物14天,于末次给药1h后,采用冠状动脉结扎法建立急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,探讨延龄草提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图指标、心肌梗死面积、心肌酶(CK、LDH)的影响。结果:地奥心血康组、延龄草85%乙醇洗脱物高、中剂量组均可显著降低急性心肌缺血模型大鼠ST段、T波(P<0.05或P<0.01)、能显著减少心肌梗塞范围(P<0.01),并可使血清中CK、LDH活性显著降低(P<0.01),各给药组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:延龄草85%乙醇洗脱物对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心肌细胞起到保护作用,具有一定的防治心肌缺血的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-acute myocardial ischemia effect of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. Method: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,the sham-surgery group,model group,Di'ao Xin Xue Kang group(60. 0 mg/kg),the 85% ethanol elution high dose group of Trillium tschonoskii(87. 6 mg/kg),the 85% ethanol elution middle dose group of Trillium tschonoskii(43. 8mg/kg). They were orally administered with corresponding drugs for fourteen days,one hour later after the last administration,the coronary artery ligation method is adopted to establish acute myocardial ischemia model in rats,to study the rat ecg indexes,myocardial infarction area and myocardial enzyme(CK、LDH) effect of Trillium tschonoskii. Result: The Di'ao Xin Xue Kang group,the 85% ethanol elution high and middle dose groups of Trillium tschonoskii significantly reduce ST segment and T wave in acute myocardial ischemia rats(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01),can significantly reduce the myocardial infarction range(P〈0. 01),can significantly reduce the CK and LDH activity in serum(P〈0. 01),and each dosage groups compared with model group difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The 85% ethanol elution of Trillium tschonoskii has obviously protective function for the myocardial cells of the acute myocardial ischemia rats,can prevent acute myocardial ischemia occurrence in a certain degree.
