摘要
延龄草(Trillium tschonoskii Maxim)作为土家四大药之一,其味甘,性平,有小毒。其化学成分较为复杂,在防治心肌缺血、肝损伤、镇静催眠、抗癌、抗炎和改善记忆等方面表现出较强的药理活性,而延龄草多糖是其主要众多有效成分之一。该文通过查阅近几年来国内外关于延龄草多糖的提取分离纯化,结构鉴定与药理活性研究等方面的文献,对延龄草多糖的研究进展进行简要概述,为其进一步的深入研究提供基础。
Trillium(Trillium tschonoskii Maxim),as one of the four major Tujia medicines,is sweet in taste,mild in nature and slightly poisonous.Its chemical components are relatively complex,and show strong pharmacological activities in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia,liver injury,sedation and hypnosis,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and memory improvement.Trillium polysaccharide is one of its main effective components.A brief overview of the research progress on trillium polysaccharides by consulting domestic and foreign literature on the extraction,purification,structure identification and pharmacological activity of trillium polysaccharides in recent years was provided,and a basis for further in-depth research was provided.
