摘要
医疗行业呈现多元化状态,医疗卫生服务向多层次方向发展,医院卫生人力资源将成为医院实现可持续发展的关键因素。随着医疗行业改革的不断深入,国内医院的综合管理能力也需要随之相关提升。医院在行业上的特殊性使得其管理能力的意义更为重要,特别是人力资源的相关管理,其不仅影响着医院正常医疗工作的开展,更是关乎到国内医疗行业的整体发展水平。
Health care industry presents a diversiifed state, the development of medical and health services to multiple levels, hospital health human resources will become the key factor for sustainable development of hospital. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical industry, the comprehensive management capabilities of domestic hospitals also need to be related to enhance. Because of its management ability, special hospital is more importantly signiifcant in the industry, especially the management of human resources, which not only affects the normal hospital medical work is related to the overall level of development of domestic medical industry.
